  • An amazing obituary and tribute to a selfless and kind person. We went to high school together and he was always the nicest person to everyone. Truly an angel who always put others before himself. Heaven is lucky to have him. My condolences to his family who will miss him until you see each other again.

  • Dear Diana, I am so sad to hear of Ditmar’s passing. My son passed away at 51 yrs and, like Ditmar, was well loved by so many. They were both so young. And had so much to offer. We will have to be brave and step up to carry on their good influences. My thought and prayers are with you and your daughters. I am grateful you have each other. Ditmar is still with you and encouraging you. So grateful for the gospel and the knowledge that those who pass on are still with us and we will be together again. Much love to you and your girls. • They say you never know a person till you have walked a mile in his shoes. Nobody will ever be able to walk in this great mans shoes. He walked the talk and more important carried those who needed to be carried. He defined kindness and compassion to it’s true definition. What a great man and the greatest friend that anyone could ever have. Growing up he was the calm one always with wisdom beyond comprehension. Thank you for being a part of my life my friend. You have definitely left an amazing legacy and example for others to look up to and follow.
My deepest condolences to your amazing wife and family. The greatest of men that has left an eternal impression.

  • My heartfelt condolences at this most difficult time. May our Heavenly Father’s warm embrace bring you comfort. I will always cherish my childhood memories with my “twin” cousin Ditmar. We shared the same birthday just one year apart and we shared a special bond. We loved sleeping over at each other’s houses and we loved time spent together at our annual Lake Tahoe vacation. Until we meet again in a better place and time.
