  • Jennie, I only knew you as a young girl, who had the most beautiful singing voice, especially when you sang “Candle on the Water” from the movie, Pete’s Dragon. In fact, I always thought of you when I would hear anything about Pete’s Dragon. I remember your warm hugs to greet not just me, but your many other friends and family – and your love of animals was known to all. Jennie, you carried all of these in your heart throughout your life … I will continue to think of you when I hear the song “Candle on the Water” … and to your family, I send my sincere condolences. For your dear parents, there is no loss greater than the loss of a child. For my dearest Eileen, you are in my thoughts as my tears join yours in loss and grief.
