  • What a beautiful picture of Cathy! I will ALWAYS remember her smile. And I will always see her in the crook of Craig’s arm – usually with her own arm around a grandchild. You are a ray of sunshine, Cathy! We will miss you so.

  • Sweet Cathy! She was always so sweet to me and my kids when they all saw Dr Johnson for their braces. She was so easy to talk to, and would come over in the sitting area of the ortho office and sit and chat with me like we had known each other all of our lives. Love her and you Craig. Be strong!

    — Marlene Slater
