Heaven is excited for having Bro Powell, to celebrate with many family members how have gone before him. Knowing also the sorrow of the family left here are sad for the lose of his presence.
Smile as you remember the stories of his life. His love will be with all his family.

Garth and Elma were very important to me during my high school years as I was Estarla’s friend and I spent much time at their house. My mother passed away and Elma always welcomed me and provided a very special caring that was much needed at the time. Garth was always there and welcomed me into their home.
I will never forget the kindness given to me at a very difficult time – it was a kindness that truly impacted me, my entire life, and probably helped steer my path to be a better and more responsible adult. Estarla and I had many happy and funny (if you know us well) memories and in the background there was always Garth and Elma.
Estarla is still my sweet and dear friend. My love goes to her, Elma, Ken, and the family. Garth’s memory will always be with me and his kind-heartedness towards me never forgotten. Much love, Marisa and family
