  • Jack was one of the most honest of men! I worked in conjunction with him in many areas, and always knew he would be honest in all his dealings.
Proud to call him a friend.

  • I’m sending my heartfelt sympathy to Jack’s family and friends. He and his brother Don were an important part of my neighborhood memories. I saw Jack just last September at the Granite High Reunion. He looked well and happy. (although Don had just passed) The world is a better place because Jack was a part of it’s goodness.

  • I was very sad to read about Jacks’ passing. He was my friend when we were in High Scool. Both he and Don were an important part of my neighborhood while I was growing up. I saw Jack at our last Granite High Reunion. He looked fine. I learned that Don had just passed at that time.
My sincerest sympathy to the family ay this time of sadness.

  • Karen and I sure thought a lot of Jack and his wife and family. We sure missed them when they moved away from our ward. And we missed their parents too when they passed on. I was surprised to see how old he was when he passed. It seemed he and Jean were younger, so energetic and always involved in doing good things .
May the family be comforted with the loss of him. Delon and Karen Curtis

  • Jack was a great neighbor and willing to help in anyway that he could. He came to my house late in the night on a hot August evening to get my air conditioner working. He and his good wife loved serving a mission at the State prison. He understood forgiveness and second chances. He will be missed in our neighborhood. Our heart goes out to all the children and grandchildren.

  • Our family has only known Jack and Jean for 5 years but we sure have grown to love them both. Jacks kind smile was so contagious! We loved hearing his stories of serving in the Utah state prison, and at the Oquirrh Mtn Temple. He is a great example of service and love. He will be dearly missed!

  • Jean, Our condolences to you and your family. Good memories go back over 50 years through neighborhood and professional association with Jack. He was an excellent HVAC mentor to me as a new graduate from SLCC (Trade Tech) in 1970 as we worked together at CSI. My wife and I enjoyed his ready smile and sense of humor. We will miss our summer visits at Wandamere Park.

  • I appreciated attending Jack’s services. I was fortunate to have worked with him at Rocky Mountain Mechanical. He was always in a great mood and a big smile. I don’t ever remember him being otherwise. I enjoyed listening to him telling me of his gun collection and flying his RC plane. I regret not taking him up on shooting computer monitors and hard drives with rifles :o) He was such a pleasure to know and be friends with. I’m thankful our paths crossed.
