Syracuse, Utah — Age 70

Bryan Lewis Wall, age 70, passed away on April 28, 2026, at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah, following a three-week stay due to respiratory failure. He was surrounded by his loving family.

A Life Well Lived.

Bryan was born on February 6, 1956, to his devoted parents, Bert J. Wall and Dorothy Mae Wall. Growing up in Utah, Bryan learned the value of hard work, family devotion, and community early on.

He made his career in the automotive industry, successfully managing car dealerships across the country, where he was known for his sharp business mind, natural leadership, and integrity. In 2004, Bryan moved to Syracuse, Utah, which became his home base and a community where he was respected by neighbors and friends. He also poured his entrepreneurial spirit into his community as the proud owner of Smartcuts hair salons for 17 years, combining his sharp business acumen with his love for serving the local area. One of Bryan's proudest accomplishments was hosting a pet adoption event in Layton, which raised money for the local animal shelter and successfully placed many pets into loving homes.

Bryan’s favorite quote in life was, "You only go around once, so make it seem like twice." He truly lived by these words, ensuring he made the most of every single moment.

He had an eye for the finer things in life and a true passion for decorating, bringing style and care to the spaces around him. His favorite place in the world was Park City, Utah, and he deeply loved the time he spent living there. He was highly passionate about traveling, especially going on cruise ship vacations, which brought him immense joy. He found adventure in his time off and brought a vibrant energy to every journey. Locally, he loved the scenery and lifestyle of northern Utah, and he was known by his Syracuse neighbors for his quick wit, generous spirit, and willingness to lend a helping hand.

Bryan’s greatest achievement and joy was his family. He was a father, grandfather, son, and brother.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bert J. Wall; his mother, Dorothy Mae Wall; his sister, Linda Marie Wall Eldredge; and his beloved son, Christopher Wall.

Bryan’s legacy will live on through his surviving family,

His children: Brandon Wall, Janae Wall, and Alesha Kone

His grandchildren: Izabelle, Aurielle, Cody, Cyler, Autumn, Saint, Kaylee, Mckynzey, Jace, Emma, Madison, Ryker, and Jaxon

His brother, Brad J. Wall, and a close-knit circle of nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful Syracuse neighbors.

Graveside Services will be Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Larkin Sunset Gardens, Sandy, Utah.

The Wall family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the medical staff at McKay-Dee Hospital for their extraordinary care, compassion, and kindness during his three-week stay.
