Connie Dwight Burgess, 82, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2026. She was a remarkable woman whose warmth, kindness, and vibrant spirit left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Connie worked in Salt Lake City as a drafter, salesperson, and sales manager for Mt. Bell, retiring from Dex after 30 years of dedicated service. She loved softball, her Scotty dogs, and gardening, but above all else, Connie's greatest joy in life was her family. Her home and her heart were always open, and she spent her life nurturing her loved ones, celebrating their successes, and providing a steady anchor of support. Whether she was spending time with her children or doting on her grandchildren, her laughter, wisdom, and gentle guidance were the bedrock of her family. Those traits will be profoundly missed but carried forward in the hearts of those she loved so dearly.

She leaves behind a legacy defined by unconditional love, quiet strength, and an unwavering devotion to her family. Her children survive her: Julie Hawkins (Chris), Lorie Boysun (Rod); her cherished grandchildren: Jordyn Whalen (Kyle), Brennan Ellsworth, Sadie Boysun, Jake Boysun (Ivy), Paige Hawkins (Blake Williams), and only great-grandson, Weston. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ted & Lillie, sister Sharon Phillips, and first grandson, Jayden Boysun.

A Celebration of Life service to honor Connie's life, share cherished memories, and celebrate the beautiful legacy she leaves behind will be held in Utah. Family and friends are warmly invited to gather and support one another during this time of remembrance.
