David Lawrence Brown

Our much loved brother & uncle, David Lawrence Brown 89, died July 3,2026 at his home in Capistrano Beach, CA. Born 5-22-37 to Elmer V. & Veda S. Brown in Salt Lake City, UT. Educated at West High School, The University of Utah and he served in the US Army Reserves. Member of The LDS church.

David dedicated his career along with his life partner to property development and rentals in the CA Costal Cities. His passion was managing and renovating properties and creating an exceptionally nice environment for his tenants. He loved living by the ocean and enjoyed traveling and visiting at his homes in the Fiji Islands and Salt Lake City.

Preceded in death by his life partner John W. Adams, his parents, brother, E. Ralph Brown (Bonnie S. Brown), nephews, Jeffrey S. Brown and Michael L. Brown.

Survived by brother, C. Michael Brown (Susan J. Brown), Salt Lake City, nieces, Christy Phifer, Heber City, UT, Patricia Hansen (Kim), American Fork, UT.

A visitation will be held Friday July 17, 2026 from 6:00-7:30 pm at Larkin Mortuary; 260 E South Temple. Burial service will be Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
