Kathryn Dawn Hickinbotham

Kathryn Simmons Hickinbotham, born 29 March 1956 in Louisville, KY, went to the arms of Jesus on 12 July 2026. An active artist and member of her church community, she was sung to her rest by her family and friends. There aren't words to say how loved she was and how much she loved others. She is survived by her husband Michael of Idaho Falls, children Sarah (Robert Rose), Benjamin (Jennifer), and Daniel (Kristen), her sisters Holly Parnigoni and Iris Beiswanger, her brother Kevin Simmons, and fifteen grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Christ Community Church at 5742 S 5th W, Idaho Falls on Saturday, 18 July at 10:30 am. The service will be livestreamed from Christ Community's YouTube channel. In lieu of flowers, you are asked to regularly donate blood if you are able or give to the Intermountain LDS foundation and designate it to Cancer services/Healing Homes or House of Hope Utah. www.intermountainhealthcare.org/give or www.houseofhopeut.org
