Beth Faucett Backus, 85, of Riverton Utah, died September 5, 2020 from Parkinson's Disease and Alzheimers.
She was born on November 13, 1934 to Joseph Carl Faucett and Eliza Whiting Faucett in Provo, Utah. She married Glen Robert "Bob" Backus on September 5, 1958 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Beth was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where she served in many callings and as a temple worker. Prior to her marriage she attended the University of Utah and worked for the phone company. She was a wonderful homemaker and mother of three. She had a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh and smile. She enjoyed spending time with family, serving in the temple, doing crossword puzzles, and reading.
Beth is survived by her son Lee (Michelle), daughter Lori Clawson (Terry), daughter Kris Andersen (Donnie), twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and sister Helen Lee. She is preceded in death by her husband Bob, her parents, her sister Evelyn, and her brother Fred.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday September 12, 2020 at 3:00 pm at Valley View Memorial Park at 4335 W 4100 S in West Valley, Utah
