  • Nancy Louise Jolley Owens, age 83 passed away January 10, 2022
Born Nov. 3, 1938, in SLC Ut to Deward R Jolley and Virginia M Jarvis

Spending her youth growing up in Sugarhouse, graduating from South high, going on to get a degree in cosmetology. Most important to Nancy was raising her children and taking care of the home she lived in for 59 years. Always enjoying the weekend trips with the motorhome and boat, and the saga Nancy would tell about the big one that got away or how delicious the fish fry was that evening. She also had many stories to tell about the cross-country trips to see family in Texas and Alabama. She also enjoyed playing cards with her husband, quickly learning how to be quite the card shark. She was always there to help if anyone called upon her. She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Nancy was compassionate, kind and loving. Completely dedicated to her husband Bill, caring for Mother Virginia, her children, family and to her faith.

My dearest family, I am so very sorry for the loss of your dear mom. I remember spending so much time with all of you when we were kids. Aunt Nancy's house was the place to be, red ants in the back yard, the pool across the street and the many sleep overs. Moving to Myton took us alittle ways away from each other but we always had summer vacations. Ours moms seemed to know when it was time for a visit. I truly miss my Aunt Nancy💖. I love and miss you all so much. Love to you, Cindy & Jim
