Solomon Graham Rico, three months old, passed away Wednesday morning, October 28, after a hard-fought battle. Despite suffering from an irreversible genetic disorder, Solomon had a strong heart and grew well in the early weeks of his life, bringing his family so much joy and light. His big blue eyes with their impossibly long lashes always had a knowing look. He loved watching moving objects, like the ceiling fan, the dog, and especially his big brother Elliot. He adored his mama, Sylvia, but his biggest smiles were generally reserved for his daddy, Lincoln. He is now with his brother Malcolm on the other side of the veil, and we look forward to holding them both in our arms again one day. We love you, angel boy!

A service will be held with the immediate family on Friday, November 6, at 11:00 a.m. Friends are invited to participate via Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86843481931 or by phone at 1-669-900-9128, meeting ID 868 4348 1931.

Guestbook/Condolences

Dear Rico family, I am Jacquie Dimond’s grandmother. I have heard of the passing of your sweet little boy. While we may question the why of God’s ways, we know for a surety that His ways are perfect and it is through our Savior Jesus Christ that we receive pease, comfort and understanding. God has trusted these sweet parents to send His Celestial children to. May the Lord now send you His tenderest mercies, because parting is such sweet sorrow.

Lincoln and Sylvia,

Thank you for letting us be a part of Solomon's special life. Dad and I love him and all your boys immensely! Like Elliot says, " to the sun and back!" Thank you for being such wonderful parents. His presence, light, smiles, laughter, coos, and big blue eyes will be missed. I look forward to the day when we can hold he and Malcolm again in our arms.
With Love,
Mama Rico/ Jenny Rico
