Veisinia Ema Fuatapu , age 48, passed away October 14, 2020. She was born May 4, 1972 in Tonga to Tevita Moala and Kaloni Sekona Liava’a. She married Steven Fuatapu on July 3, 1995.
Veisinia was an educator and taught for many years. She retired from United Airlines (Kona, Hawaii) and was a Youth Leader for the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She loved spending time with her family, listening to music, and was always willing to help anyone in need.
Survived by Steven Fuatapu (Husband), Vili Ngata (son), Miriam Mapu (Daughter) and Spencer Tulikihihifo (son). Preceded in death by Emma Fuatapu (daughter), Solomone Liava’a (son), Tevita Fuatapu (son), Steven Fuatapu Jr (son), Tevita and Kaloni Liava’a (parents), Aitofi Vaki and Olga Lovilina Ngata (sisters), Talite Liava’a, Fine Liava’a and Johnny Liava’a (brothers).
Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 23, 2020 at Larkin Mortuary – Riverton Chapel, 3688 West 12600 South, Riverton, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Burial at the Lakeview Cemetery in Bountiful will follow at 1:00 p.m.
