I am saddened to hear of Vi’s passing. She will be greatly missed. I have great memories in my heart of all the good times spent together in our family ward in Bishop.

My heart is tender and my tears flow easily at this time. It is a sweet graduation for your dear Mom.
I feel the same as my Dad when I think of Bishop, I think of your Family and the wonderful memories we share.
The smile on your Mom’s face will forever be in my memory. She truly brought joy to my life.
May each of you feel the peace of our loving Savior during this time of separation. Until we all meet again.

Thank you so much for posting the video. I delighted in watching it. So many memories shared. With Danielle‘s illness and given the fact that our only car broke down this afternoon, we are regretfully going to have to miss the service. We loved Vi very much and felt the goodness of her soul on so many occasions. Vi and Mac were always such a great inspiration to us, from the very time that we first met them. Mac ordained me to the priesthood and I will treasure the times that we spent with the scouts eating fish that they caught and supported by our wives at home. I always picture Vi at the organ and that picture brings a smile to my face. It was also such a treat being able to teach the Bartholomew crew in seminary. Please know how much we love you all and are so grateful for the eternal nature of friendship. God bless you all in this trying yet wonderful time of transition. With love and sympathy, Rod and Danielle.
