Preceded in death by parents, Luigi and Luigina, daughter Ellen M. Bendixsen, and wife Marjorie Hunt Fratto.

Tony was born January 14, 1928 to Luigi and Luigina Fratto, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was the last surviving of his 6 siblings, Maria Mary Arko, Alfred L. Fratto, Joseph Leonard \"Joe\" Fratto, Salvatore Sam Fratto and Jim Fratto.

He was a first generation American in his family but learned and spoke Italian with his parents and siblings. At an early age, he worked hard on a farm in Draper, Utah with his siblings to help support his family. He then went on to serve in the United States Army. During this time, he served in Japan. He was honorably discharged in 1951.

Going back to his civilian life, he worked as a poultry dresser in Draper, Utah A beautiful young lady with long curls of brown hair caught his eye. He asked his friend to introduce them so he could take her out on a date. Naturally, she told his friend she would never go on a date with Tony, though when he finally asked, she accepted. Little did he know that this would be the love of his life. He and Marge were married on November 29, 1952.

Anyone who knew Tony and Marge knew that you couldn\t have found more sass and quick little jokes bundled up in two loving and caring people. Tony was a machinist by trade and talked about his love of that type of work often. He never lost his love of working with his hands, always tinkering in the garage, making things out of wood, or fixing an old tractor or lawn mower. Tony and Marge lived a humble and simple life and loved spending hours conversing with their many friends and family in their living room. Tony adhered to a strict gym routine for many years and met many of his wonderful friends at the gym. Tony spent his last years living with his family in Las Vegas.

We will miss you greatly Tony, grandpa and dad, but we are at peace knowing that you are in heaven. We know you are enjoying the reunion with mom, both grandmas and grandpas, your brothers and sister, and your beloved daughter, Ellen.

We love you, and we look forward to the day we can be together again.
