Brandie Marie Gubler, 41, of Salt Lake City, Utah, gained her angel wings on Sunday, May 11, 2025 after losing her battle to addiction. She was born on August 5, 1983, to Laura Turner and Kelly Gubler, Brandie was the eldest of five daughters and mother to her incredible son, Aden.

We cannot talk about Brandie without mentioning the Kansas City Chiefs, she was a diehard fan that never missed watching a game. In her younger years, Brandie excelled at dance, winning numerous competitions, she enjoyed going to hockey games and the races whenever she got the chance. She was also crowned Jr. Miss Davis County. Brandie was a beautiful woman inside and out. She was an absolute joy to be around and certainly lit up any room with her contagious smile. Always up for an adventure, Brandie was the first to jump on board. She was the life of the party and could make even the dullest moments exciting.

Brandie always dreamed of being a mother which was granted to her in 2006 when her son, Aden was born. She could not have been happier and cherished the time she spent with him. She was so proud of Aden and loved him with all her heart.

Though we will desperately miss her, we know Brandie is now at peace and her struggles are over. We know we will see her again one day. Brandie was a beautiful, kind, intelligent mother who sadly fell into addiction's grip. We felt it was important to share her story in the hope that it could touch even one person to push for another day of sobriety or encourage an active user to choose recovery.

Brandie is survived by her children Aden and Audrey; Mother, Laura Turner; Father, Kelly (Carole) Gubler; Sisters Breanne Gubler, Brittney (David) Brimhall, Brooke (Chase) Hogan, Brylee (Tyler) Lance; Step brothers Justin (Jessica) Hill, David Conrad; Bonus sister, Juliea Gage; Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many Nieces and Nephews.

She is preceded in death by her Grandparents Brian and Dorothy Gubler, Robert Turner, “Papa” Bruce Petersen, Arlene Mendenhall and Uncles Barry Ketterer, Larry Christensen, Jeff Young.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Granite Park Pavillion (2725 Grouse Creek Cir, Sandy, UT 84092). We welcome anyone who would like to pay their respects to Brandie and/or her family during this difficult time. The family would like to thank all that have reached out in support.

I knew Brandie only for a short time but there is no greater shine than that of her huge heart. When she was doing service for others. She is truly one of the most loving and beautiful women I have ever met.. Im grateful that she was set free from her pain and disappointment in her self .. and going through all she was going through she still had human compassion for everyone she met. .I hope your dancing in heaven Brandie . your precious heat and beautiful face will definitely missed

I didn’t know you but I understand what you went through. There’s nothing more challenging than trying to overcome addiction and I’m certain you are doing much better. I won’t let your passing go in vain and I will double down on my own commitment to stay clean and help others who struggle.
