Brian Bailey, beloved son, brother, uncle, and a wonderful dad, trainer, and caregiver to his dog, Blaze, died from a painful and lingering cancer that he fought as hard as he could until his frail body gave up. He never lost his very funny dry sense of humor that would change our sadness to a laugh.
Brian is survived by his Grandfather, Lenard DeGraw, his Mom, Linda and, his Dad, Glen. He is survived by both of his brothers, Brandon Bailey and Kevin Bailey, and his nephews, Myles Bailey and Wyatt Enfield. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins he talked about often even though he didn't see them too often (always trying to hide his illness).
Brian was preceded in death by his Grandparents; Betty and Glen Bailey, Darlene DeGraw, and his cousin, Eric DeGraw.
The family would like to thank the support and caring from all the doctors at the LDS Hospital that treated him many times and Hospice and its special nurse Erik Sorenson.
Brian, Mom and Dad pray that you have finally found freedom from all the pain and suffering and have found your happy place.
There will be a graveside service on Monday, August 25th at 10am at the Bountiful City Cemetery (2224 S 200 W, Bountiful, UT 84010).
Glen and Linda,
I'm so sorry for your loss.
I am so very sorry for your loss. Brian was a great yard tender.II loved how well he took care of our yard for over twenty years when we lived in Rose Park. He was really good with his dog and our cats too. Thank you for bringing him up to be the fine worker, neighbor and man that he was.
