Casey Gibbs Densley, age 65, passed away on February 16, 2026, at the home he and his wife had recently purchased in Murray. Casey was born on December 19, 1960, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Gary B. and Myrna Faye Densley. He met his sweetheart and lifetime best friend, Nichole Densley and they were married on May 23, 1980, and together they created four beautiful daughters and a lifetime of happiness.
Casey was an outdoorsman through and through. He worked as a landscaper but preferred to be outside in his down time as well. He loved fishing and hunting. His daughters have fond memories of trips to the mountains with Dad, even if the fishing lessons didn’t really stick. His favorite place to go was Strawberry Reservoir, where he had fond memories from his own youth.
Casey’s most favorite things in life were his daughters and grandkids. He was the best husband, dad and grandpa, a hard worker, and a good friend. He was always willing to help anyone in need in any way he could. He will be deeply and incredibly missed, but will never be forgotten.
Casey is survived by his wife Nicki Densley, four daughters, and eleven grandkids: Meranda & Brian Sedgwick (Hannah, Emma, Gunnar, and Brekken), Samantha & Paul Biumla (Otis and Ella), Erin Densley (Lilly and Stone), and Melani & Riley Brown (Sofia, Amelia, and Milo). He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Kim Densley, as well as many other family and friends that loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents Gary and Faye Densley and his sister Syd Densley.
