Born on December 21, 1985, at St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Collin grew up with a kind spirit and a talent for making others feel welcome. A 2004 graduate of Brighton High School, he brought his warm personality and wealth of knowledge to his work at Home Depot, where he had been a dedicated employee since 2016.
Collin was deeply devoted to his dog, Lucy, who brought him endless joy and companionship. His friends and family will miss his kind heart, warm smile, and the way he could make anyone feel at ease. His presence in their lives was a gift that will never be forgotten.
Collin’s passions included cooking and woodworking—crafts that allowed him to express his creativity and share his love for beautiful, handmade things. Known for his approachable nature, he was always easy to talk to and eager to lend a helping hand.
He is survived by his father, Tim(Linda), his brothers, Sam, Rye, and Dustin. Collin was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Gwyn, whose memory he cherished deeply.
Collin’s kindness and passion will be missed by all who knew him. A celebration of his life will be held in May of 2025. To honor Collin's memory and assist with end of life expenses, the family kindly requests donations in lieu of flowers. Contributions can be made via Venmo to @Rye-Holt
May he rest in peace, forever remembered for his warmth, talent, and gentle soul.
