Suzanne Griffiths Fowler (73) Died Tuesday April 28th at her home in Bountiful, Utah. She had been fighting complications of congenital heart failure and COPD. She will be greatly missed by her loved ones. The family gathered on the day of her passing to share their fond memories of this great woman and the life that she lived. She loved her family and gave her all to them. It was important for her to be a part of each of their lives and to support them in their various endeavors.
She was known for her kind and giving heart. She had a fun personality and everyone loved to be around her. She joined her family on many vacations and was always the life of the party. One of her favorite spots was to be at her family cabin in Star Valley, Wyoming. The annual trips always reminded her of her parents and the times she spent there with them as a little girl. We are sure that she is happy to be reunited with them now.
Suzanne was born, July 16th 1946 in Ogden, Utah. Her family moved to Bountiful when she was 12. She graduated from Bountiful High School in 1964 where she was active on the girls tennis team and competed nationally.
She met the love of her life, Wally in 1972. They married in the Bountiful Temple September 23, 1998.
She loved sports. Watching football with her Dad. Playing Tennis in High School and following the Utah Jazz with her Husband, but nothing compared to watching her grand kids & great grand kids and all their activities.
The graveside ceremony will be at 3:00 at Larkin Sunset Gardens 1950 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT 84092
