Guestbook/Condolences

Leonard or Len, was a dear friend, and my chiropractor for many years. He and his beautiful Martha just lived two blocks up the hill from us. We enjoyed going to Rosa's Italian restaurant together, where we ate and laughed until we had tears in our eyes. I could tell that many people in the restuarant probably thought we had been drinking because of our craziness. We were just high on laughter and fun. We rarely saw them after they moved across town, but reunited when they moved to Provo after we did. We had them over for a Mexican dinner, along with our other dear friends Steve and Judy Austin. As usual, Martha had everyone laughing. It was as if no time had gone by. I'm so glad we had a long friendship with Len and Martha.
We express our deepest condolences to your beautiful family. We are thankful that not even death could keep these love birds separated for more than a few weeks. I know they are so happy to be together again. They aren't sick or old anymore. They feel great! Remember we're deathless people. We lived before we were born, and our spirits still live after our bodies die. Beause Jesus over came death for us and he lives, we will be resurrected and live again too. Our Prophet President Nelson recently said that our loved ones are as close as the room next door.
Much love to all of you, Barbara and Alan Helton

Martha and I were best friends since middle school. People still ask about my other half. She took part of me with her but I know we will see each other again. My heart goes out to her wonderful family .. I can’t imagine the vacuum they left leaving so closely together. I will miss you all. She kept me informed on all the news about each of you so you see, I feel I have been a part of all your lives too! Kinda spooky isn’t it!😜. Condolences to all of you, and much love.
