Martha Ross, age 74, passed away in Provo, Utah on June 21, 2024. Martha was born on February 3, 1950 in Oxnard, California to Selma and James McMullen.

Martha was the youngest of three girls born in Oxnard, CA until she was three then moved to Wasco, CA until she was 10. The family then moved to Morro Bay, CA where she later met her husband, Leonard. She was homecoming queen at Morro Bay High School. She felt the most peace there. She moved to Bakersfield, CA and raised six children. She was adventurous, loving, playful, and a natural comedian. Everyone who knew her has a hilarious story about her. She was a wonderful mother, wife, and servant of God.

She is survived by Leonard Ross (husband), Mya-Lisa Ludwig (daughter), Adam Ross (son), Ginger Ross Potter (daughter), Joseph Ross (son), Phillip Ross (son), Leia Ross (daughter), Chris Ludwig (son-in-law), Rob Potter (son-in-law), Desi Ross (daughter-in-law), Emily Ross (daughter-in-law), 23 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James McMullen and Selma Lee Darmore McMullen.

A celebration of Life will be held in Martha’s honor on August 3rd, 2024 at 11:00 am, at the Aspen Hills Ward (9855 South 2300 East, Sandy, UT 84092) with a viewing from 10:00-10:45 am prior.
