Our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Nancy Carroll Blank Boren, passed away September 23, 2024 at home. Nancy was born May 28th, 1943 in Salt Lake City, UT to Clayton and Vivian Andersen Blank. Nancy married Eldon Delos Boren (Dee) on December 20th, 1963. They moved to Taylorsville where they raised their two children, Heidi and Todd. Dee and Nancy moved to Las Vegas for a time and finally back their current home in West Jordan.

Nancy was a busy lady. She was an active member of the LDS Church where she held many positions including working with kids in the nursery; she always loved kids. She was a leader in the Boy Scouts. Nancy worked and retired in Finance and trained new tellers.

Nancy loved her neighbors and planned many neighborhood parties, BBQs and other get togethers for up to 70 people. Nancy loved helping people. The neighborhood children knew her as Nana and knew they were always welcome. Nana always had lots of love and treats to give out.

Nancy loved to read and color. Romance novels were her favorite. Having friends and family over often to have game nights was also one of her favorite things.

Nancy is survived by her husband Eldon Delos (Dee) Boren, daughter Heidi Kae Boren, son Todd (Linda) Boren, grandson Zachary Arrell Boren, sister Kathy (Kathleen) Smith and brother David Blank. Also her lifelong friend Shiela Rhodes.

Preceded in death by brothers Clayton Blank Jr and Steven Blank.

The family would also like to thank the staff at Valeo Home Health and Hospice. With a special thanks to her nurse, Kendee, her aide Marie and personal aide Jen, for all their amazing care, compassion and their loving hearts, as well as Valeo chaplain Carl and Camille, who provided beautiful music in our home.
