Our beautiful Mom, Grandma, Great-grandma, Sister, and Friend, Pamela Iris Landrum White, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 74 years old.

Pam was born in American Fork, Utah on January 14, 1948 to Albert Earl Landrum and Vera Evelyn Raven Landrum. She was born into a large family and was extremely close with her five sisters. Pam attended American Fork High School.

Pam was known for her striking blue eyes and fiery spirit. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved all animals, especially cats. The death of her last cat, Kitty, broke her heart, and she spoke often of how much she missed her. When she was younger, she always had music playing in the house. When she got older, hearing an Eagles or Bee Gees song (or other popular bands from her youth), it would often bring back happy memories of times gone by. Pams green thumb was evident by the all the beautiful plants in her house. She would often rescue dying plants that others had often given up on. She enjoyed tv shows like Seinfeld and Shark Tank, and movies, especially those with Clint Eastwood.

Pam was employed by UDOT for over 20 years, before retiring. She began her career as a flagger and worked her way through many different positions to eventually work in the Gauge Calibrator shop, where she would work for the majority of her career. She was a strong and independent woman who was unafraid to enter the workforce in a male dominated field. Though she struggled at times as a single mother, her hard work and determination allowed her to better the lives of herself and her children.

Pam was married and divorced twice. She was married to Shane Dodge in 1963 and Leon White in 1970.

Pam is survived by her children: Michael Dodge, Clint Dodge, Patty (James) Thomas, Jeff (Rose) White and Jennifer White. Her brother Izzy Landrum, and sisters: Grace Rodgers(Bill), Laurie Montag and Debbie Syddall. Her grandchildren: Tyler, Aneishae, Austyn, Ashtyn, Kaylee, Lukas, and many great-grandchildren.

Pam was preceded in death by her daughters, Kathy and Pam Dodge, parents, Albert and Vera Landrum, 3 brothers: Tommy, Johnny and Mike Landrum, sisters Patricia Guenther and Vera Adams.

Per Pam’s request there will be no services. Arrangements entrusted to Larkin Mortuary Riverton where friends and family are welcome to share memories of Pam online at www.larkinmortuary.com
