Patricia Gayle Berman born on April 23, 1948, departed this life on January 15, 2026. Her life was filled with treasured experiences, beloved family and friends, and happy memories. She was known by many as Pat.
Pat was the daughter to Woodrow Walter and Vera Caldwell. She was 5th of six children, her brothers and sisters Bruce Caldwell, Colleen Poulsen, Lynn Caldwell, Lynda Fuller, and Marvin Caldwell. She Graduated from Olympus High School class of 66.
She was a dedicated mother to her children. She had two children with Alan Berman (late husband) Ashley and Matthew. She was a fun mom, always kind and eager to chat (especially late at night). She loved sharing Wendy’s Frosty with Matt.
She was a bit of a wild child growing up in Salt Lake City. From adventures with friends to California, fast cars and even skydiving. Pat, ever a dare devil, commuted on a triumph motorcycle to Heber for work. You might say she enjoyed an adrenalin rush or two.
Her work within the motion picture industry, for Sunn Classic Pictures, allowed her to travel all over the US. She committed to raising a family in her mid 30’s. She was a dedicated, loving, fun mother. Pat enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Pat was wise, caring and loving with open arms when you needed someone to talk with or needing an open ear. Someone who would tell you how it really is times when you needed to hear it. She was honest, kind, and wise.
She was the always behind the camera, capturing smiles, laughs and funny moments with family members. From vacations to southern Utah, holidays, birthdays and even the embarrassing first day of school photos. She loved to cook and had so many recipes from breakfast to sugar holiday cookies, to delicious dinners. You could always count on a great meal with love. Pat will now be reunited with her daughter. The memories are endless they will never fade neither will your love. Rest in peace you, will be truly forever missed.
Funeral arrangements will be held January 21, 2026, at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E Dimple Dell Road, Sandy, Utah.
The Visitation will be from 2:30 - 3:30 pm
Gravesite Services 3:30 pm
Celebration of Life at The Chateau at Larkin Sunset Gardens 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Aunt Pat was always so kind and so much fun! I have so many memories of our families spending time together, and there was always so much laughter! Sending Matt all our love!
