Guestbook/Condolences
Want to thank Ron for opening the door to a great working career when I showed up for an interview at the end of 1969, just out of the Navy. I left that day with an offer and permission to hold off starting until after New Years! Ron was serious contributor to the safety and protection of our power systems. He ensured that we got challenging opportunities to design a stable and powerful system, and allowed for personal development by letting us make mistakes, but not big ones. And when we did, he was forgiving as long as we learned from them. He was also fair in rewarding us for our performance, handling the issues of skill, tenure and experience as all good supervisors must. I hope that his final years were pleasant.
