Victor passed away peacefully at his home with his loving wife by his side on Friday, March 27, 2026. Victor was born in Foggia, Italy, on April 25, 1947. When he was three days old he was placed in a foundling hospital and was given the name Vittorio Cirbotto. Victor survived there until he was five years old and that’s when a loving couple, Hugo and Rita Dellagnola from Bingham, Utah, adopted him and with all their love and good food Victor began to thrive.
When living in Bingham, Victor liked going to school, running around with his friends, and hanging out at the family owned Bingham Radio Shop. In 1958 the family moved to Midvale, Utah, where Victor finished his school years, graduating from Hillcrest High School in 1965. He was employed at Kennecott Copper and retired after 39 years of service.
Victor married Stacy Larsen on August 24, 1991. Together they had a very good life. Victor liked to play softball and he played it for over 20 years and he participated in the Senior Games in St. George, Utah. Victor was a true and loyal friend, a fan of the Chicago Bears, New York Yankees, and the Utah Jazz. He was a character and we will miss him.
Victor is preceded in death by his parents Hugo and Rita Dellagnola, great-granddaughter Sayler Fairbourn, and brother-in-law Blake Larsen.
He is survived by his wife Stacy, two sons Tony Dellagnola (Jen) and Andy Dellagnola (Debbi), sister Mary Perkins (Glen), mother-in-law Carolyn Schmidt, brother and sister-in-law Dave and Tammy Peay, seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Viewing and Celebration of Life will be held on April 7th, 2026 at 11am located at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT 84092.
I haven't seen Victor for quite a while. But he was a very nice guy, I know. I am very sorry for your loss. I love you all very much condolences to his family.
