Born September 22, 1947 in Murray, Utah to Robert Halpin and Donna Dunn Halpin Wynne. Died March 21, 2017 after a 6-year battle with lung cancer. He died as he lived—honorable and strong, with a sharp sense of humor. He was an inspiration to his family.
Survived by his wife of 48 years, Kelly; daughter, Kim (John) Bodily and their children, Sydney, Morgan, and Zoe; and son, Dennis Ryan (Dana) Halpin and their children, Allison and Andrew, who was born on his Poppy's birthday. Also, his brother, Bob Halpin, sister-in-law Linda (Frank) Larson and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by mother, Donna Wynne; step-father, Earl Wynne; sister, Diane Fisher; sister-in-law, Marie Halpin; and in-laws, Lynn and Rusty Watts.
