Gary Streadbeck, 78, passed away November 15, 2017. Born June 26, 1939 to Glen and Eva Pearson Streadbeck. Married LaVina Perkins in 1976, they were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. Graduated from the University of Utah.
Gary had a long and successful career in the insurance industry where he fostered many great relationships. He was a kind and gentle man who showed his love to those around him with loving words and care. His first priority was always his "bride" LaVina.
Gary is survived by his wife LaVina Streadbeck; his son Albert K. Barlow (Alison); 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and sister Barbara Ann Streadbeck. Preceded in death by his mother and father; a baby brother and baby sister.
Friends are invited to a family gathering on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 South, followed by a Celebration of Gary's life at 11:30. Dedication of the Grave will take place at 12:00 noon at the Murray City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Humane Society of Utah.
