Our loving mother, grandmother, great-‘grammy' and friend passed away on December 29, 2016.

Nadine was born June 18, 1934 in Provo, Utah, the youngest child of Joseph Nelson Oldroyd and Virginia Davis.

In her youth, she met and married Delbert Bruce Ward in May 1957. They resided in SLC where they raised two daughters.

Nadine loved being surrounded by family and friends. She enjoyed life to the fullest and was always ready for a new adventure. She loved to travel, work in her garden, read and attend the opera, the symphony and many plays. She volunteered in many capacities in the LDS church and enjoyed serving in the Salt Lake Temple in her later years.

She is survived by her daughters: Terri (Lynn) Winterton and Sharon Ward, as well as five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Nadine is also survived by her siblings: Hazel Raymond, Gloria Fisher and Keith Oldroyd. Nadine was preceded in death by her husband, Del, and sister, Helen Wilson.
