Frankie Helen Catmull

1932 ~ 2016

On November 11, 2016, Frankie Helen Catmull, age 84, completed her physical journey here on Earth.

Frankie was born May 1, 1932 to Heber and Vivian (Mitchell) Sartor. The mischievous middle of three children, Frankie was always full of life and spunk. In her teenage years Frankie donned a black and red cheerleader uniform for West High School where she met her sweetheart William Dean Catmull. Bill and Frankie were married on April 26, 1951 and later became proud parents of three children Gayle Handrahan (Dave), Brad (Andi), and Frank (Tracy).

Frankie loved her family and friends and always maintained her fun and spunky personality that made her a joy to be around. She loved the three C's (coke, chocolate, and chips), was a great cook, and made a wicked snickerdoodle.

She is survived by her brother Bill Sartor (Shirley), daughter, two sons, ten grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. Frankie is preceded in death by her husband Bill, parents Heber and Vivian, and sister Donna Stoops. After her long awaited reunion with Bill and her loved ones, we hope that she is enjoying a coke with a bag of potato chips. We will miss her very much but feel peace to know that she is free of pain.

We would like to give a special thanks to Becky and Nicole from Quality Hospice and Beehive Senior Care.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Little Cottonwood First Ward, 6350 Rodeo Lane.
