Joe Russell Brafford born October 19, 1972. Left us on this earth to be with his grandma.
Joe loved photography and had a great eye for capturing the real side of people.
Because of his sweet soul he had a real connection with children and animals. He was loved and will be missed.
Joe is survived by his daughters Rebecca and Bella. His mother Dorothy and little brother Tom who he referred to as "BOO BOO". He is also survived by his aunts and many cousins.
