Betty Jeffs Knorr was born July 26, 1924 to Fred Jeffs and Jane Honey Jeffs in Salt Lake City, Utah. Betty passed away December 5, 2016 peacefully at home. She married the love of her life, George A. Knorr in Salt Lake City, Utah. In her life, Betty enjoyed fishing with George, trips to Wendover, crocheting, knitting, relaxing in her comfy chair listening to country music, shopping, and spending time with her family. She was friendly and spunky and made everyone feel comfortable. She was generous to a fault and always full of "piss and vinegar."
Betty is survived by sons and"daughters," Jerry (Shearl) and Roy (Shawna),7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren, Sisters Rose Rezacand Arlene Tschaggeny, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband George, 5 sisters, and 2 brothers.
Services will be held Saturday, December 10th at 2:00 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Lawn (2350 E. 1300 S.). Friends may call with their condolences Saturday 12:30-1:30 p.m. to Larkin Sunset Lawn. Interment at Larkin Sunset Lawn.
