Lynn Harmon Melton passed away on May 11, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Lynn was born in Bakersfield, California on December 7, 1967 to Beverly Kelliher Harmon Kirby and Robert Duell Harmon. She was the third of six children. Lynn was a joy to everyone she met. She was the life of the party, loved being on the move, always wanting to hike with her kids, travel, and relax on the beach. She truly was a California girl. She was loved by everyone she met and will continue to be loved. There are no words for how much she will be missed. She was a loving, kind, and caring mother who her children adored. Her legacy and beautiful nature will live on in her five children: Ian (26), Jericho (24), Sierra (18), Marina (16), and Eli (8), all of whom were fathered by her former spouse, Jay Porter Melton. She is survived by her parents: Beverly Kelliher Harmon Kirby and (Ron), and her father Robert Duell Harmon, her siblings and their spouses: Keith Cross, Kathy Davis (Shawn), Brad Harmon, Kari Hubbell (Tracy), Kraig Harmon, numerous nieces and nephews and her great-grandfather, Robert J Harmon. She now is in the loving arms of her Heavenly Father.
A Viewing will be held Saturday, May 20that 10 a.m. at the LDS Chapel on 8435 South 2700 West, West Jordan, Utah. The Funeral will follow beginning 12 Noon.
