Sofia Luanu'u Toilolo Mobley, 45, left this earthly existence July 16, 2015 at her home in Riverton, Utah. She was a spiritual daughter of God, a devoted wife and eternal companion and a loving mother of 8 beautiful children. Sofia was born on August 14, 1969 in San Francisco, California to Fa'asefulu Ne'emia Toilolo and Malaelele Fuimaono Toilolo Laloulu.
Sofia grew up in San Francisco, California, Independence, Missouri and Chicago, Illinois. She gave birth to son Amerika Gemini in 1986, twin sons Kenese Raven and Talalima Giorgio in 1990 and son Sialao Jerry in 1995.
Sofia married Benjamin Alan Mobley, Jr. on March 2, 1996 in Schaumburg, Illinois. They were happily married for 19 years.
Sofia and Benjamin welcomed daughter Malaelele Helena in 1996 and son Peniamina Alan in 1997.
The Mobley Family was Sealed for time and all eternity on February 27, 1999 in the LDS St. Louis Missouri Temple.
Sofia and Benjamin welcomed daughter Malololelei Matalena in 1999 and daughter Miriama Helen Afiafi in 2006.
Although Sofia spent most of her married life as a stay-at-home mom, she was a Realtor, real estate broker and investor. She worked for JetBlue Airways and was working at Delta Airlines at the time of her passing. Sofia was a visionary and business owner that had a long time partnership with Tahitian Noni and Morinda. She enjoyed being a personal fitness trainer with the Sofit Sofia brand and especially enjoyed her time as a Hot Hula Fitness instructor. Sofia had an immense love for the Gospel and loved taking her family to temple on a regular basis. The love for her extended family and the legacy of the Fuimaono Family was just as strong.
Sofia was preceded in death by her brother Sialao Jerry Fuimaono in 1991, her grandmother Paese Oliana Faleafine Fuimaono in 2004 and her daughter Miriama Helena Afiafi Mobley in 2006.
Sofia is survived by her husband Benjamin of the home, son Amerika (Rileigh Moon) of Grass Valley, California, son Kenese (Lisi) of Tremonton, Utah, son Talalima of the home, son Sialao of the home, daughter Malaelele of the home, son Peniamina of the home, daughter Malololelei of the home, parents Asiata Amerika and Malaelele Fuimaono Laloulu of Oakland, California, father Fa'asefulu Toilolo of Oakland, California, brother Dan (Ilaise) Toilolo of Oakland, California, brother Talalima Toilolo of Oakland, California, granddaughter Kelis Timena Te'o Mobley, granddaughter Kenzah Sofia Mobley, grandson Kenese Ali Mobley and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
A visitation and memorial service will be held at Larkin Mortuary, 3688 West 12600 South, Riverton, Utah 84065 on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 6:00PM. Funeral Services will be held at the Riverton Utah Stake Center, 1855 West 13400 South, Riverton, Utah 84065 on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 10:00AM. The family will be greeting family and friends at 9:00AM. Burial will follow at Redwood Cemetery.
