Anna Heyrend Pinnock

1929 ~ 2014

Anna Marie (Heyrend) Pinnock age 84, loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away on November 2, 2014 in Salt Lake City. Born on December 9, 1929 in Rigby, Idaho to her parents Wilford Frederick Heyrend and Anna Marie Benson, the only daughter and youngest child. Her brothers were Wendell W. Heyrend, Noel B. Heyrend and Charles A. Heyrend. Married to William Grant Pinnock, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on June 17, 1953, and had one daughter Linn Marie. Graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Home Economics, and also obtained her Elementary Certification. She began teaching Home Economics at South High School in Salt Lake City, and taught for many years in Elementary Education in Davis County.

She played the violin, and she loved to read and sew. Ann found great joy in her service in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in her teaching career, and with her beloved family.

She is survived by her husband Bill, their daughter, Linn Marie Bradshaw (Scott) her six grandchildren Jessica Marie Fogg (Isaac), Christopher Bradshaw (Joanna), Carlye Ann Morgan (Tim), David Bradshaw, Katherine Bradshaw and Elder Daniel Bradshaw, currently serving in the Roseville, California Mission. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren, Hazel, Erick, Evan, Delilah Fogg, and Tyler, Jaxen, Madelinn, Boston Morgan. The family would like to thank Superior Home Care and Hospice, A Caring Hand Home Health Care, Garden Terrace, the Parkway 7th Ward and many neighbors for their service during Ann's final years.

A viewing will be held at Larkin Mortuary, 3688 W. 12600 S. on Friday, Nov. 7 between 6 and 8 PM. Funeral Services will be held at the LDS church at 10206 South 3200 West in South Jordan on Saturday, November 8 at 11 AM with a viewing beginning one hour prior to the funeral services. Interment at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
