This earthly world has lost a strong, beautiful and kind hearted woman. On January 27, 2014 Lucile "Joy" Pritchett passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren. Joy was born August 11, 1936 to James and Della Jensen. She is survived by her children Terry (Phillip) Plescia, Linda (Richard) Herrera, Glenda Doutis, Steve Ornelas, Melvin (Debbie) Pritchett. Dearest grandmother of 18 and great grandmother of 26. Truly missed by her 2 dogs (divas) Zeus and Bentley. Joy is preceded in death by her husband Glen, her parents, 1 sister, 3 brothers and a great grandchild Kelsey. One of her grandsons made the comment "I have never known a person so loved by so many." Abraham Lincoln is quoted "All that I am and ever hope to be, I owe to my angel mother."
Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Valley View Memorial Park, 4335 W. 4100 S., Salt Lake City.
