Betty Mae Duffin, age 90 of Salt Lake City, Utah passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2014 gently in her sleep. She was born May 6, 1923 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the daughter of Andrew and Rose Richman.
Betty graduated from Granite High School and a year later married Richard Duffin on December 23, 1942 in Salt Lake City. She was active in the Salt Lake District Dental Auxiliary and served as president. She enjoyed outdoor activities participating in skiing, tennis, boating, gardening and traveling. Her biggest love was her home and family.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Duffin. Three daughters; Linda (Jim) Jones, Susan (Mike) Zuhl and Cassy (Jim) Weeks. Six grandchildren and one great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents and two grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 11, 2014 in the Park City Cemetery in Park City, Utah at 12:00 Noon.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to Primary Children's Hospital in Betty's name.
