Wilma Mann Stewart, age 83, passed away peacefully in her home in Saddlebrook, AZ on Monday, August 28th, 2017 surrounded by loved ones. She was born August 21, 1934 in Roosevelt, UT to Fontella and William Mann. She was raised in Vernal, UT with her older sister, Jackie Wilkins. Wilma married her high school sweetheart, Gary Stewart, on Sept. 17th, 1950.
Wilma was an accomplished interior decorator and a licensed cosmetologist. Wilma loved to paint and was a talented artist in landscapes, as well as stained glass work. She was a skilled seamstress and sewed everything from curtains to doll clothes for her 3 daughters. Although Wilma endured pain and suffered through Rheumatoid Arthritis and Pneumonia, she was never robbed of her warmth, generosity, wit or laughter.
Wilma is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Jackie. Wilma will always be remembered as a gentle, nurturing, witty and bright woman by those who knew her.
Wilma is survived and adored by her husband, Gary Stewart (age 85); her 3 daughters and son-in-laws,

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary Chapel, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) Sandy, UT, where a viewing will be held Saturday one hour prior to the service. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
