Connor Dean Bray

2003 ~ 2019

On Thursday, July 18, 2019, Conner Dean Bray, treasured son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend left this world at the age of 16. Conner was born February 21, 2003 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Bob and Cara Bray. His younger siblings Emma and Bobby describe him as a supportive, encouraging, resourceful, protective, awesome, fun, and playful big brother. He was a light. Conner was our gentle giant.

He was passionate about film, writing, music, singing, gaming, and theatre. He was a cognizant, smart thinker. His ideas were limitless, his creativity and comprehension astounding. Conner was a natural learner and teacher, always sharing with patience and kindness.

As a student at Providence Hall he received several awards, including high honor roll, science student of the year, and perfect attendance. He particularly loved theatre there, thank you Mr. Jon Liddiard... Conner played a brilliant Lurch in the school play.

He was very loyal and devoted to those he called friends. He was committed to his family and loved spending time with them. He shared a very special kinship with his Grandpa John, and especially loved their hikes together. Traveling on Braycations, or any gathering with friends and family were his favorite times.

We will honor his life on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 with a viewing at 10:00 and funeral to follow at 11:00 at the Larkin Mortuary at 3688 W. 12600 S. Riverton, Utah 84065.

He will be intensely missed everyday by his parents Bob and Cara, his baby brother and sister, Bobby and Emma, and by all that were blessed to know him.
