Andrew was born in St. Paul's Cray Kent County England and moved to Utah with his family when he was 2 years old. He graduated from Bingham High school in 1972 and went on to be a master machinist ‚ a job that fascinated him and which he worked at until he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
Andrew enjoyed good music, picking out tunes on his guitar and trips to Wendover. He also had a passion for collecting beautiful works of art and many oddities found on his trips, thrift and antique stores.
He shared his love of pugs with his longtime friend Susie Turner who will take care of their Doodle Bug and his sweet Waffles. He loved them both to the moon and back.
He is survived by his father Robert Stephen Henry (Sue) Millard, Tanya Rosemary (Brad) Duncan, David Antony (Nancy) Millard and Stephanie Ann Millard. Preceded in death by his mother Rose Golda Millard.
Andrew was a wonderful man that would do almost anything for a friend in need and was loved and admired by many and will be sorely missed.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
