Nancy Alley Allen, 72, passed away on October 2, 2018. Nancy was born on September 11, 1946. She was raised on the East side of Bear Lake and moved to North Logan, Utah when she was a teenager. She graduated from South Cache High School and attended Utah State University. She was very active in the LDS Institute there and loved to sing with their choir. She served a LDS mission to Canada in 1967. Upon arriving home, she was set up on a blind date with a bachelor named Arlo Allen who was from Cove, Utah. Arlo was working in Page, AZ for the Bureau of Reclamation. After long distance dating they were married on May 7, 1971 in the Logan, Utah LDS Temple. Arlo and Nancy began their life together in Page where five of their seven children were born. In 1978 they moved to Sandy, Utah where they have happily lived the rest of the lives on Earth together.

Nancy held many callings in the LDS church and was active in the children's schools. She is remembered for her life of service to family, neighbors, and friends. She loved to accompany Arlo on trips, cook great food for family gatherings, and play games with grandkids. Her life was forever changed when Arlo passed in 2009, and there is no doubt there was a grand reunion as she graduated from this life.
