The couple moved to California for job opportunities and to be near family during the first years of marriage where their three boys were born. The couple eventually moved to Sandy, Utah where their two daughters were born. Jim and Diane filled their home and lives with lots of music, ball games, dancing and fun outings and adventures. Everyone always felt safe and cared for. Diane also spent much of her time serving in her church community.
