James "Popo" Tascione (86), of Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away peacefully on November 23rd, 2017, after a long and wonderful Thanksgiving Day with family.
Jim was born in Girard, Ohio on January 11, 1931 to Carmen and Frances Tascione.
He was married to Doris (Eastes) Tascione on April 23, 1955. They were married 53 years and shared a beautiful life with their 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Jim worked as a department manager for RMI (Reactive Metals Inc.) He retired with his wife to Florida and enjoyed golf, fishing, sunshine and spending time with family. He was always the life of the party, constant joy and entertainment for those around him; the first one out on the dance floor and the last one to leave it.
Jim is survived by his daughters; Charlene Meinke and Frances Munday; his 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife; Doris, and his father and mother; Carmen and Frances Tascione.
James "Popo" Tascione lived his life to the fullest; with youthfulness and love that will not be soon forgotten. He will be missed greatly.
