Robin Roylene Shorr

1949 ~ 2017

Robin Shorr passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on January 31, 2017.

After fighting a lifelong battle of multiple illnesses, she was able to leave this world on her terms and would have had it no other way.

She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, February 5, 1949 to Serge L. Campbell and Betty L. Campbell. She graduated from Granite High School in 1967. She was married for 31 years and had two beautiful children.

Despite her illnesses, she maintained a career that she loved in the hospitality industry. It afforded her the opportunity to travel to all her favorite places in the world.

She loved to shop and spend time with her family. Especially her only grandchild, Austin, and her many nieces and nephews that she adored.

She is survived by her daughter, Angela Shorr (Gary Barney) and son, Brandon Shorr (Kari); her sisters, Wendy Richardson (LeGrand) and Michelle Campbell Petersen (Mike); brother, Michael Campbell; and sister, Koye Flemming.

Her grandson, Austin Shorr; her nieces, Ashley Petersen Morrow (Jason) and Whitney Petersen; and nephew, Ryan Petersen (Kingkham) who all held an extra special place in her life.

She is preceded in death by her father, Serge L. Campbell; her mother, Betty L. Campbell; and sister, Lori R. Butterfield.

Services will be held Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary in Riverton (3688 W. 12600 S.). Friends may call Saturday 1:00-1:45 p.m prior to the services.

It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn\t go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home.
