Eliza Jane DeLaMare was born January 20, 1999 and passed away peacefully in her home the morning of September 13th 2018. She was the eighth and youngest child of Phil and Debbie DeLaMare.
Eliza Jane loved many things; socks (throughout her life she had hundreds of pairs), her trike, a good joke, teasing her friends and family, and being around her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her father Phil DeLaMare, her mother Debbie (Anderson) DeLaMare, her siblings Mary Crowley, Don (April) DeLaMare, Rebecca (Elden) Wood, Ruthie Higbee, Diane (Adam) Bealer, Sarah (Jared) Bauer, Andrew (Angela) DeLaMare, her 11 nieces and 12 nephews.
She is preceded in death by all of her grandparents, her nephew Oliver Bauer and her niece Evalyn Wood.
Her family would like to thank the many medical professionals who have cared for her over the years: the dialysis team, nephrology team, cardiology team, gastroenterology team, metabolic team, Rainbow Kids, all of Primary Children's Medical Center, Shriners Hospital Staff, and her pediatricians who cared for her so well. Also, the many therapists, teachers, and aides that helped her live the best and most adventurous life she desired. We would also like to thank CNS Home Care and Hospice.
The family invites any who knew Eliza to attend a celebration of her life on Saturday, September 29 from 1-3 pm. The celebration will be held at the North Canyon 3rd Ward Building, located at 2505 South Davis Blvd. Bountiful, UT 84010.
