It is with regret and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Mother, Patricia Ann Hutchings. Mom passed away on November 23rd, 2019 at home in Lake Forest, California. She was with loved ones by her side, and her beloved dog Taz, at the end of the bed.
You will be happy to hear that mom's final weeks were full of love, joy and laughter. Once her condition got worse, she did not endure any suffering and departed very peacefully.
After the holidays, we will focus on getting together for a celebration of life in mom's honor. More information to follow. In the meantime, those who wish to visit mom can do so at Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary in Salt Lake City, UT.
Mom is safe and resting with her daughter, Roxanne, in the mausoleum just like she requested. Flowers may be sent to Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary in Salt Lake City (please contact Larkin Sunset Lawn for instructions) or in lieu of flowers, feel free to send a donation to any of mom's favorite causes: St. Jude Children\s Research Hospital ,Laura\s House, or dachshundsandfriends.org. We know that would touch her heart.
We have set up this site in hopes that family and friends have a way to have some closure with mom's passing. Please feel free to post memories, pictures and your thoughts on this website for everyone to enjoy. The most important thing to our mom was the love she had for her family and friends. She, along with us, wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and bright New Year!
