On September 21, 2016 the world lost an amazing young lady. Our daughter Madison Faith Radtke passed away. She touched so many lives in her short 16 years and was loved by so many people. She had spent her life traveling the world and seeing as much as she possibly could. We were blessed to accompany her on these journeys. She loves her family, her friends and her music. She is with her family and friends that passed before her and we know she is in a better place. Please keep her in your hearts and prayers.
She is survived by her mother and father; Lindee and Kurt Radtke, three sisters; Emma, Erin and Abby, two brothers; Tyler and Jorden, Grandparents; Pam Radtke and Rhonda Artrup, Deane and Stevie Mazur and Bill and Sharon Radtke and Great grandfather; Charles Volk, Aunt; Nancy and Uncles Mike and John. She was an aunt to Agnes, Thatcher, Barrett, Penny and Rayleigh.
We will miss her every second until we can see her again.
A service will be held by the family on Monday, September, 26, 2016 at 11:00am at The Barn, 1166 Pioneer Rd. Draper UT 84020
