Bryant was born to Carolyn Maynard and Deloy Beckstead on June 7, 1957 at Saint Mark\s Hospital in Salt Lake City and passed away peacefully December 19, 2018 at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray after a three-year battle with liver disease.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather Ronald Roylance. He is survived by his mother and father, stepmother Theo, brothers Kevin and Mark, ex-wife Brenda, children Crystal, Amber, Jameson, Heather, and Shawlee and various uncles, aunts, cousins, half and step siblings, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Bryant lived the past fifteen years at home taking care of his mother. They had a special loving relationship. Bryant was a good man and had a kind generous heart. His interests included reading Zane Grey novels and other materials related to the Old West. As his illness progressed, he didn\t complain. He kept a good attitude and continued to treat his mother like a queen.
We would like to thank the staff of Alta View Hospital and Intermountain Medical Center for the excellent work they did taking care of Bryant. Special thanks to doctors Bender, Mueller and Anderson, nurses Ela and Amity, his nurse\s aides who sat with him 24/7, and other staff involved in his care.
A viewing will begin at 10:30 a.m. with interment at noon on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Larkin Sunset Gardens 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) in Sandy, Utah.
