Peggy Ruth McDaniel, age 79, passed away June 23, 2016. She was born on September 2, 1936 in Provo, UT to Eugene and Harriet Daniels.
Peggy loved going to church. She loved her children dearly. She enjoyed being a grandma and great grandma. She was very giving. She loved children and ran a daycare. She was always putting others needs before her own. She liked to laugh and spend time in the garden. She loved to listen to Elvis and watch old westerns. She collected old spoons and salt and pepper shakers.
Survivors include her children; Mike McDaniel, Ron McDaniel, Tim McDaniel and Shaunna Bee
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jerry McDaniel, her parents, son Kevin, and step mother Mima Daniels.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 11:00 am at Kearns 6th Ward, 4260 W. 5215 S. in Kearns. A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening from 6-8:00 pm at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd. (10600 S.) and on Wednesday from 10-10:45 am prior to the service. Interment will be at Provo City Cemetery on Wednesday at 2:00 pm.
